PRE CARe advice
How should you turn up to your appointment?
By taking these next few steps into consideration ensures you will have the best lash service which will really help you get the most out of your new Lashes!!
Here are a few pointers I have for my clients...
1) No mascara - The less time I have to spend prepping = the more time I get to lash
2) No strips - the latex glue can be a nightmare and take up to 30 minutes to remove
3) No contact lenses - bring appropriate solution or glasses to your appointment
4) Go for a wee!! - lashes can take a little while and believe me you don't want to do the walk of shame, half blind and feeling about for the loo roll
5) DON'T dress to impress - seriously come to your appointment in your comfiest hoodie and joggers, you might even be able to fit in a little snooze
6) Lash styles - ultimately I will be able to tell you what will suit your lashes best however I love when my clients bring me pictures for inspiration to show what their style is.
7) Bring earplugs - if you don't know me already, I talk/sing a little bit too much
I cant wait to see you

AFTERCARe advice
How should you LOOK AFTER YOUR LASHES?
Lash aftercare is one of THE most important parts of the lash service! Aftercare should be given thoroughly to every lash client to ensure they get the BEST they possibly can from their lash service. Here are just 3 steps I expect my clients to take to keep their lashes looking lush.
1) NO WATER
Okay this isn't entirely true but at least for the first 24 hours, these little babies need to stay dry!
In a nutshell the glue needs water to be able to 'cure' by adding water/steam makes them ‘SHOCK CURE’ causing the bonds to be very brittle and break easier, therefore causing lash loss.
2) WASH THEM EVERYDAY
Excluding the first 24 hours these little fluffy things need to be washed every single day!
Our bodies naturally secrete oils and shed dead skin cells causing a nasty crusting of the lashes and maybe even lash mites if it isn't washed daily.
I provide aftercare kits and go through advice of how to cleanse upon your treatment.
3) MAINTENANCE
A common mistake that clients make is missing their maintenance appointments!! Usually because their lashes still look good.
Our lashes go through 3 different stages of growth and a lot of this you can't see happening. Week 3 they still lookin hella good and boom week 4 you need a new set!! Costing you more money and time ...
I expect my clients to have a maintenance service around every 2/3 weeks to keep those lashes looking beautiful.
4) NO MASCARA Some brands claim to be safe for use with lash extensions however I completely rule out the use of mascara on the lash extensions. over the years I have found it really affects the retention so better to stay clear.
5) SLEEP TIGHT
Try and sleep on your back, by sleeping dominantly on one side you may notice one eye sheds faster than the opposite side. Silk pillow cases are always a recommendation of mine!
